I am now considering legal action to reclaim the £176 that was withdrawn from my account for a parcel that was never delivered. Despite my numerous inquiries to the service about my parcel's status over the past week, they acknowledged the delay but then falsely claimed it had been delivered, leading to an unauthorized charge. Communication with their support team has been incredibly frustrating, and the overall customer service experience has been very disappointing. I strongly recommend steering clear of their services and not sharing your account information.
