I will likely return all but one item and unsubscribe, but my hope is for the service to fulfill its promises. The feature for liking items is also lacking. The photos provided are unclear, and I don't believe the personal shopper pays attention to them or my messages during the subscription. This is especially disappointing because a coat I received today is stunning and a definite keeper, but the photo didn't convey its warmth, material, or color accurately. It's much more stylish than the image suggests, though it's not very warm. In summary, the potential for a great service is there, but the execution is so poor that I would prefer shopping at a department store occasionally instead, as I can't rely on this service. It's unfortunate because I genuinely want to be a loyal customer.
