One star too many. Used this company on two occasions to see how it went. The clothes are not personally selected I think they just put anything in the box. First box had some lovely items but none of it fit. The second box there was a pair of trousers missing and I had specifically requested no skinny jeans or trousers .. these were sent. Two items looked like seconds with flaws. I tried to contact customer services but there is no number to call. Contacted via there form and no response. Tried on the account to cancel the subscription but you can't actually do this manually despite there being instructions. Once you go through to the return process you cannot access the rest of the account. I don't trust this company at all and its such a shame as in theory it would be such a treat to have someone choose clothes for you that might be different from what you would choose yourself.
