Avoid! Avoid! If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. The items in my box do not match my style at all and in fact some of them are items I actually said no to previously. I did not receive a returns label in my box. Also, my order never appeared in my account so I was actually unable to "checkout" and say I didn't want anything. I have sent email after email after email with no response. I have only received the automatic response saying they will reply within 24 hours, which they haven't. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and too scared to return the items as people have said in their reviews that they've lied about what has been returned. I am going to have to speak to my bank.
