They are excessively priced and expect payment for unwanted services. I was billed nearly 400 for four seats, removed them the same day, and requested a refund. Their response was to reactivate the seats to maximize my subscription. They seem out of touch, greedy, and not very smart. The software is also frustratingly slow to load, and I would get anonymous views on my videos if I forgot to disable link sharing. I would rate them zero stars if possible.
