The prices are excessively high, and they expect you to pay for services you don’t need. I was charged nearly 400 dollars for four seats, and when I removed them the same day and requested a refund, their suggestion was to reactivate the seats to maximize my subscription. Their approach is tone-deaf and greedy, lacking in understanding. Additionally, the software is quite poor; it takes a long time for the recorder to load, and I often received anonymous views on my videos if I forgot to disable link sharing. If I could, I would rate them zero stars.
