I can't say anything good about Loona's business practices. After repeatedly emailing Loona Support to cancel and refund the $49.99 they've been taking from my bank account for the last 4 months, I have yet to see ANY of the $199.96 (plus my overdraft charges that they caused) they OWE me!I got 1 response saying they couldn't find my account, even though I gave them my email address, order ID numbers and transaction numbers on every email I sent.My next step is legal action if need be, until then... I'll be writing these not-so-nice reviews.
