I got sent a free trial for the app from family due to extreme stress during exams. I wasn’t on my phone much due to exams and lost track of the deadline for payment. I tried to contact them but they refuse to refund anything. I was charged £40, but in dollars so with an extra conversion fee. They gave no reminders that the payment is coming up and I was suffering a lot in exams thinking the app could help me but instead has caused a lot of stress. I truly cannot afford this app as a student who would never spend that amount of money on an app. I emailed them and they told me they would not refund me. I know this is their policy but it is very harsh, other services refund if you need to cancel but they gave me no option to receive any money back and stated I would have access for the year. This app is meant to help relieve stress and anxiety but instead has massively increased it :( very upset about this and struggling to come to terms with the fact I’ve lost so much money to an app which I will not use in such an already stressful time.
