Very poor customer service, signed up for a free trial and then attempted to cancel at the end. I missed a step and did not complete the full cancellation which I didn't realise until PayPal messaged to say payment of £49 taken for a year subscription I don't want. Contacted Loona who basically said all payments final, no refunds and could not have been less interested. It is pretty evident as my subscription is cancelled from date of renewal that I wont be accessing for that year so cannot help but feel that is part of the scam to increase subscriptions. The cooling off period is being extended to include digital subscriptions in UK but isn't here yet so I am stuck with it but will be making sure I shout it out loud AVOID THIS APPALLING SERVICE and from other reviews looks like its full of stale content anyway.
