I purchased the 4 pak of the loop lasso recently for my orlando edc trip. However, I was mailed only one. I freaked, but the customer service was really on point. There was constant conversation through email and I was relieved when the other 3 arrived just in time for such an amazing event!! I was really worried that the 1 came in such a big package and I wouldn't have been believed. These guys were awesome!! I can't wait to see if there are any new innovations coming from this company.
