I’m very disappointed with how my support ticket was handled. I submitted a request regarding an offer that wasn’t credited and included all relevant screenshots, including my download history. Despite this, I was told the evidence provided was “not enough proof.” I find this response unreasonable and unhelpful. I hope the company improves its customer support process, but for now, I would recommend exploring other options for offers. UPDATE: They won't even bother explaining at all what constitutes as "proof" after my screenshots were denied. I will be reporting this website as a scam.
