On February 8, 2026, I downloaded and started playing the game Farm Block Escape through the Lootably offer wall inside the Star Zodiac app, which is one of Givvy's third-party providers. The information says it takes 24 hours to credit, but so far nothing. Once again, Lootably is being dishonest. Don't play through this trash company. They always fail to credit points for higher-value games, making up a thousand and one lies.
The offer from the casino states: "Register, make a deposit of minimum 20 EUR, receive a 100% bonus. Wager your entire deposit (minimum 40 EUR)." However, they only provide a 100% bonus for deposits of at least €30, not for €20. I reached out to the support team for clarification and included screenshots of my conversation with them, which show their denial of the bonus, alongside their promotional offer stating I should receive a 100% bonus for a €20 deposit. Their response was: "Unfortunately, we are unable to accept those screenshots as proof of completion." It seems like no one is actually reviewing these cases, and I suspect that many of the positive reviews may not be genuine.

I’m very disappointed with how my support ticket was handled. I submitted a request regarding an offer that wasn’t credited and included all relevant screenshots, including my download history. Despite this, I was told the evidence provided was “not enough proof.” I find this response unreasonable and unhelpful. I hope the company improves its customer support process, but for now, I would recommend exploring other options for offers. UPDATE: They won't even bother explaining at all what constitutes as "proof" after my screenshots were denied. I will be reporting this website as a scam.
