Only reason why it was not a 5 star experience, was that funds in my Lootbar wallet could not be withdrawn for whatever reason. But it was a small matter, it was only refunded to my Lootbar wallet because there was trouble processing the in game top up transaction, which was resolved later on. Just don’t expect money in the account to be withdrawn to your bank and whatnot. Pleasant experience overall.
Great! I got to buy something a bit more cheaper but it's not low-end device or weak data/internet connection friendly. I was buying it using data at the convenience store but it was a bit weak so i had to rush home before the timer ended. Fortunately,i made it in time and bought it at the self top up...although i think it was more of the luck cause i was at 0.5 seconds at completing the transaction before the server kicked me,i didn't even see the completion of redemption screen,but i still got the product in the end. Luck was on my side today🤞
I created an account just to write this. The website claims it is 100% safe. I bought FUT Coins for FC26. Not even a full hour after buying, my account was PERMA-BANNED. which means my ea account is banned from playing any fc games. i cant explain how heartbroken i am. I put hours and hours even days into my fut team. now this website gets me banned for life. and when i asked them about this the only thing they said was they could refund the coin purchase. I BOUGHT THE GAME FOR 70 EUROS what am i going to do with just a refund. I will never ever use this website again and I recommend everyone to do the same.
Their top up services don't work and when requesting a refund they only give out store credit or threaten with a 1-5% processing fee. I wouldn't recommend using this or other third party services.
Lootbar.gg is one of the best and most trustworthy websites I use to purchase in game bundles, both is Genshin impact and Wuthering waves. The receiving is always fast and easy. Plus, it saves me a decent amount of money every time as well as being an easy substitute to gifting my close friends.

I had a very disappointing experience with LootBar customer support. I contacted them to request basic purchase information that I needed to secure my Kingshot account. This wasn’t an unusual or suspicious request — it was specifically to protect my own account from potential issues.
Despite explaining the situation, they refused to provide the information. Because of that, my account security was left in jeopardy. This was a clear opportunity for them to help a legitimate customer safeguard their account, but they chose not to.
Customer support should prioritize player security, and in this case, they completely dropped the ball. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
I received my top up within minutes of purchasing and confirming that all the information I originally provided was correct. Amazing customer service and I haven't had any issues with further charges or anything surrounding stealing my account or the gmail account attached to it. Even with tax, purchasing from Lootbar.gg was a good percentage cheaper than buying straight from the game and I could not be happier with my purchase. I will be purchasing from them again and if you happen to read this and are considering using them I would 100% recommend doing so.
