I had a very disappointing experience with LootBar customer support. I contacted them to request basic purchase information that I needed to secure my Kingshot account. This wasn’t an unusual or suspicious request — it was specifically to protect my own account from potential issues.
Despite explaining the situation, they refused to provide the information. Because of that, my account security was left in jeopardy. This was a clear opportunity for them to help a legitimate customer safeguard their account, but they chose not to.
Customer support should prioritize player security, and in this case, they completely dropped the ball. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
