Worried customer here. I'm currently unhappy with the service. I ordered a last-minute dress for my birthday with a two-week window, but I never got a confirmation text or email, which made me anxious. My payment was still pending, so I emailed customer service to confirm my order and delivery date, but received no response! After looking at other reviews, I now doubt if my dress will arrive on time, if at all. Three days later, the payment cleared, but my order is still processing with no expected delivery date. I emailed customer service again, still no response! With my birthday approaching, I ended up spending extra on a backup dress from another platform, which I received confirmation for immediately. I should have gone with them from the start! The dress here looked beautiful, but I'm starting to feel like this is unorganized or a scam. I’m preparing for the possibility of losing my money or receiving my order very late. Either way, I'm sharing my experience on social media to alert others. If my order arrives on time, I’ll gladly update my review! Customers need to know when their items will arrive, and a confirmation email or text would be greatly appreciated. I definitely won't order from here again.
