I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered 4 dresses from them. Dresses looked nothing like what they advertise, very poor quality and trying to send them back has been a headache, luckily I payed using PayPal.. PayPal don’t be playing! After I contacted PayPal. Hours later I was getting an email on how to return my items! And a refund was in my account the next day! Will never purchase from them again!
This clothing store is scam! I bought 5 dresses from them and they are not as advertised! They are cheaply made. Very thin and sheer looking. I payed $271 for these dresses and have returned all 5 and I have yet to get a refund. I have written several emails and they continue to lie and tell me it’s being processed but still weeks later no refund has his my account. This place is a scam and they are based in china. Do NOT order from here if you want to return it.
This service is a scam; no one should order anything from it! It's incredibly frustrating to see hard-earned money taken like this. I ordered a dress on November 20th for a wedding on December 19th, and it never arrived. When I requested to cancel, they agreed but attempted to offer a 10% discount, which I did not want. It's been two months, and I still haven't received anything. I just want my money back!
My experience with this service has been very disappointing. I placed an order on 11/28, and I still haven't received my items. I've reached out multiple times to request a full refund, which they initially promised within 3-5 days after I paid via a payment platform. However, no refund has appeared. When I followed up, they offered a partial refund for items I never received, which I refused. After several emails, they have stopped responding. This is a frustrating experience, and I believe this service should not be allowed to operate. I demand my full refund immediately! I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
This was my first and last experience with this service. I truly believe it’s a scam and regret not checking reviews beforehand. I canceled an order that never shipped, and after a month, I still haven’t received my refund. I’m quite certain I won’t get my money back. Avoid this service; it’s likely to leave you frustrated and disappointed.
When I reached out through their support email, they claimed my issue would be "urged," but nothing has happened, and there’s no contact number available. It feels like they are taking people's money and have fake customer service representatives. Now, I’ll have to dispute this with my bank to recover my funds, especially during the holiday season.
I never received my order, which was only partially shipped. The portion that did ship was supposed to arrive on 12/2, but that was due to the delivery service's fault. Consider other options instead, as this experience was frustrating!
I am extremely dissatisfied with this platform. Initially, I paid $62 for an outfit that turned out to be too small. They only offered me a $25 credit or 30% back. Additionally, I have to cover shipping fees. This feels like a total rip-off, as they make it seem like I have to keep it. I will never order from this company again. Their customer service policy is terrible.
Worried customer here. I'm currently unhappy with the service. I ordered a last-minute dress for my birthday with a two-week window, but I never got a confirmation text or email, which made me anxious. My payment was still pending, so I emailed customer service to confirm my order and delivery date, but received no response! After looking at other reviews, I now doubt if my dress will arrive on time, if at all. Three days later, the payment cleared, but my order is still processing with no expected delivery date. I emailed customer service again, still no response! With my birthday approaching, I ended up spending extra on a backup dress from another platform, which I received confirmation for immediately. I should have gone with them from the start! The dress here looked beautiful, but I'm starting to feel like this is unorganized or a scam. I’m preparing for the possibility of losing my money or receiving my order very late. Either way, I'm sharing my experience on social media to alert others. If my order arrives on time, I’ll gladly update my review! Customers need to know when their items will arrive, and a confirmation email or text would be greatly appreciated. I definitely won't order from here again.
