I ordered a few (expensive) items to be delivered to my house. Luckily they informed me they ship DHL which will incur a signature which is needed in my area. However, the items were delivered without getting a signature and then stolen or misdelivered in general. When I asked for help they told me to file a DHL claim, which DHL won’t let me do. I’ve reached back out to them and now they won’t respond to me at all. No items and no help and now I’m out the money spent at this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
