Terrible experience ordering a pair of shoes. The return window was 14-days (already a tighter return window than most companies today), but I was out of town when the shoes arrived. I attempted to return one day outside of the return window (the shoes were unworn and still in the box; they simply did not fit) and was denied by the customer service team. I would strongly recommend against anyone shopping here.
