I’ve never felt the need to write a negative review until now. I returned two tyres that unfortunately didn’t fit my bike wheels; they were very tight. I packaged them in a shipping bag from another cycling company, which was in perfect condition aside from being previously opened. I ensured the bag was sealed well and sent it to the service. They later informed me that the bag arrived in unsuitable packaging (though not damaged) and refused my refund, insisting I pay for return postage. I attempted to contest this but they remain firm on not issuing a refund, despite the tyres being undamaged. Their reasoning is based on the packing being unsuitable. I question how one can be held accountable for the handling of a package in transit. I received no photos or evidence, just their claims. After seeing other reviews, I regret purchasing from them.
