Overall, the items I've received have been quite good, and I still have more on the way. I'm getting a puppy in the new year and have bought almost everything with the company. However, the shampoo arrived with the cap open and leaked everywhere, even though it was in a bubble wrap bag. So, everything including a couple of toys, a blanket, and puppy pads ended up covered in shampoo, and the bottle was nearly empty. My main concern is the missing shampoo (I can clean the other items). I called the company, and the representative advised me to email with pictures, which I did the same day. Unfortunately, I received no response, so I followed up with a message on their website this morning and still got nothing. It may seem trivial, but after spending a lot of money, I expected at least a courtesy reply.
