I have bought so much recently from L&L from a crate, to a pen, to personalised items such as blankets and a crate cover. What struck me was not only the amazing quality but also because I had a few things embroidered, L&L state you naturally have to wait longer for these items, but it all came within the week of ordering, I was so impressed! I also found the items to be very good quality. I will definitely be a regular returning customer now for sure.
Thank you L&L for making our purchases for our new pups setup run so smoothly and for producing such lovely, higher end products. I think it’s such a lovely touch that you can get your pups name embroidered onto a lot of the items.

I brought the grey wood dog crate with sliding door. Looks great and thats where the positivity stops.
Door kept falling off the rail so not secure at all.
Secondly all the screws really need lock-tight as the constant movement from the dog causes them to wriggle out
And Thirdly the middle part of the door is a skinny bit of wood that needs metal protection on it as our dog chewed straight threw this causing escape when we where out.
And fourthly i did email L&L to either get some money back or replacement parts and i was just ignored. Not worth the price tag.
Just stick with a generic metal crate
My labrador puppy, now 5 months old, really needed a new bed. He used to have fun stealing ours or sneaking up during the night. Ever since he got his new bed, he's been sleeping soundly without waking up! It's truly a miracle and the best investment I've made. I was fortunate to grab it during a Black Friday sale, which was an extra perk. A very happy dog owner!
I have reached out to this company twice via email since they don't respond to phone calls! My dog's bed box was left outside in heavy rain, ruining the bed inside, which now smells of wet cardboard! It's unacceptable to leave customers without any support, and I'm extremely disappointed with this company! I recommend avoiding them! I will be pursuing this further.

I haven’t made any purchases from the company, but they have some lovely items on their website. I was interested in buying a crate and signed up for a discount. Now, I'm overwhelmed with emails and text messages. I blocked the email, but they keep sending from different numbers, making me report many as junk. I receive about five messages a day from early morning to midnight. It’s incredibly frustrating, and because of this, I will never buy from them.
Overall, the items I've received have been quite good, and I still have more on the way. I'm getting a puppy in the new year and have bought almost everything with the company. However, the shampoo arrived with the cap open and leaked everywhere, even though it was in a bubble wrap bag. So, everything including a couple of toys, a blanket, and puppy pads ended up covered in shampoo, and the bottle was nearly empty. My main concern is the missing shampoo (I can clean the other items). I called the company, and the representative advised me to email with pictures, which I did the same day. Unfortunately, I received no response, so I followed up with a message on their website this morning and still got nothing. It may seem trivial, but after spending a lot of money, I expected at least a courtesy reply.
