I have been a loyal user of L'Oreal products and know the actual excellent quality of Inforcer Shampoo, but L'Oreal needs to seal the bottles in order to prevent them from being manipulated by dishonest retailers and also be careful regarding their business partners. Specifically, Beauty World- a horrible, irrespinsible retailer in UK. I bought it from Slough branch (Tesco building) and there is some random soap in it. The sales assistant opened 5 bottles in front of me, of what he did not have right, and then they sell these products to customers which turn hair in a terrible condition, dry, dull, as if washed with a washing-up liquid. Then don't respond to emails and when I got back to the shop they refused to refund, almost 30£ was wasted.If I were a new customer, I'd think this shampoo is just rubbish and never buy again. This is what such dishonest retailers like Beauty World UK do to L'Oreal.
