I have been a loyal user of L'Oreal products and know the actual excellent quality of Inforcer Shampoo, but L'Oreal needs to seal the bottles in order to prevent them from being manipulated by dishonest retailers and also be careful regarding their business partners. Specifically, Beauty World- a horrible, irrespinsible retailer in UK. I bought it from Slough branch (Tesco building) and there is some random soap in it. The sales assistant opened 5 bottles in front of me, of what he did not have right, and then they sell these products to customers which turn hair in a terrible condition, dry, dull, as if washed with a washing-up liquid. Then don't respond to emails and when I got back to the shop they refused to refund, almost 30£ was wasted.
If I were a new customer, I'd think this shampoo is just rubbish and never buy again. This is what such dishonest retailers like Beauty World UK do to L'Oreal.

Where are the testing results from L’Oréal and how was it tested. I have normal skin but my face is red, burnt and dry after using revital products. it burnt the skin close to my eyes, I dread to think what damage it could do if you got a bit too close to eyes. Have had to put some anti burn cream onto face. Who passed this product for general sales.
I’ve always trusted L’Oréal and relied on Nykaa to deliver authentic products, but this time I received a completely diluted, watery hair serum that felt nothing like the original product. The quality was shockingly poor and clearly not what the brand promises. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning both the quality control at L’Oréal and the product verification process at Nykaa. As a loyal customer, I expected far better. I hope both companies take responsibility, investigate this issue seriously, and ensure customers receive genuine, high-quality products in the future.
I recently purchased the Eye Bag Eraser.It was half price and I thought I'd try yet another product, which claims to erase eye bags.I'm 60 and I was considering having cosmetic fillers under my eyes.I've tried numerous products, which weren't reliable, caused my skin to go sore or the product left a residue and one, even made me look as though I'd had a Stroke! I'm rarely pleasantly surprised these days but this product does what it claims.I feel more confident and less like I haven't slept in six months!I'm a happy customer!!!
Really not a pleasant or reassuring experience. Bought a perfect slim eyeliner and when I went to use it a couple of weeks later it was completely dry. It clearly had never had colour on it as even a pen past it's prime leaves a slight mark. This was totally dry. Contacted Loreal and this is when it became so complicated. Had to use a thing called Candex for a refund. Multiple forms to fill in and then they want your National Insurance number and bank details which I wasn't comfortable giving. When the process is complete it tells me that I'm the 'seller' and L'oreal is the 'buyer'. What happened to the days of user friendly refunds with no complexity for the buyer. I am 68 years old and rarely have to contact a make up company with a problem but the couple of times I have with other companies it has been stress free and reassuring. In addition the make up pens are never wrapped and so anyone browsing in store can test the pen on their hand or worse. Not impressed at all. Will look for an alternative in future and, having been a regular Garnier user, now seeing that it is in fact Loreal will cease using. They don't seem to value their customers.
I usually use L'oreal Excellence hair products to lighten my blonde hair, and thought I would try their Casting range this time. I usually use 9.3 so I bought the 9.23, as it showed the same before and after colour on the box. What a disaster!!! My hair came out a sort of mousey brown colour. I had to go and buy my usual 9.3 to try and cover it I cannot reccomend the Casting range at all.
There is no way to contact them. As a woman, i am tired of being taken advantage of as far as makeup products go. If you tell me the mascara will make my lashes a certain way, then your product better work or I want my money back. I will never buyvoluminois noir balm again. I wasted my money.
