Perhaps I'll start from the beginning: 2 weeks ago I bought a hair dye from loreal, deciding to change and try another brand, since I have been using John Frieda for more than 10 years, I was always pleased with the result, but this time I decided to try something new, as there was an offer in boots store 2 for £ 12. Following the instructions, I dyed my hair and was unpleasantly shocked by the result. My grey hair remained unpainted, despite loud advertisements on the packaging for 100% grey hair coloring. After that I decided to write the letter to the loreal customer service, attaching in my email the photos of the packaging, the receipt from the store and the photo of the hair after dyeing. After 7 days, I finally received email from loreal, in which I was informed once again how to dye my hair according to the instructions and how to check the allergy test, as well as why grey hair appears. Thanks to Loreal for the info, I look like a very stupid client. Having master degree and studied organic chemistry, as well as petroleum synthesis over 6 years in the Uni, and also have experience in hair dyeing for more than 15 years, to c.s, dont understood how to use and follow instruction of the products. Very disappointed with the customer service and the brand in general. So thank you for throwing money away and doubting the customer service qualifications of the huge cosmetic giant:loreal. Once again I was convinced that it is better to buy products from those companies that can be responsible for the quality of their products, and not respond to email with standard phrases.
