This company needs to seriously change their customer service staff. Unethical, unprofessional, no knowledge about how to greet and talk with their customers. I called in about to place an order and they are clueless on the specs of their own product. I asked about becoming a partner program, changed my mind. The product may be good, but due to their staff members, ai will go with another brand. We live in 2024, not 90’s. Lorex, train your staff to at least present themselves when take a call even when they barely speak English, just a thought
