I called customer support several times for help getting my camera system connected to the network. Nobody seems to know what they are doing when asking for help. I contacted customer service on Facebook and they have been no help. The stated they were escalating my ticket number and nobody ever contacted or responded. The customer service is absolutely no help. I have a camera system I bought and can’t use because of their lack of support. UDATE: Lorex has still not responded. No agent has contacted me whatsoever. It appears their responses are automated. Edit: As of Today, Lorex still has not responded or have an agent contact me.
