FAILED UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.. REFUSED REPLACEMENT!!!!! A ptz camera died under the warranty period because I tried fixing it myself and waited a few days past warranty period they refused to replace it and tried offering a measly 10 bucks off the purchase price to replace it. Do yourself a favor and pick a better system!I feel bad referring my friends to this company and installing their system.Order # LA974519
