The Lorex Floodlight camera is not fit for purpose. The alleged 'infrared' feature is not infrared at all - just a movement detector. As a result, on a rainy night you can have over 100 alerts that are nothing more than rain drops being detected. What is also scandalous is that genuine product reviews from customers such as myself below 4 out of 5 are not published on their website! That should be illegal (if it isnt already). In response to Lorex reply below, I would like to point out that I had already spoken to their Tech Support on a number of occasions, but they cannot overcome what is a flawed product. I have previously owned a Ring Floodlight Cam and never experienced problems like I do with this camera. Given the high cost of the Lorex product I will have to wait at least a year before being able to replace (no doubt with another Ring security device).
