Could not understand the person I was talking to (poor English). They would not allow me to ask the question I had. Rather, they just kept reading the instructions on how to install, ignoring my plea to ask a question. The person I spoke with truly did not care to help resolve my issue. The person I spoke with at Customer Service was no better. Again, difficult to understand what they were saying. Not once did they ask why I was returning the item. They did not try to save the sale. Not a care in the world from the people representing Lorex.
