Terrible customer service, when you do get thru, they are hard to understand. I have been without cameras for 4 days.after 3 days they tell me I need firmware version update, no one told me from day 1.they will not ship update, only send to email.as of now I still have no cameras.i belive the cameras and customer service is below a zero, do not buy this product, shop elsewhere, they have a high rating only from the employees sending in reviews.
