As a long-time customer, I purchased a pair of Aloha flashdance pants in-store last December. They were stylish and comfortable, but to my dismay, the material began to disintegrate a few months later, tearing in the back. The store replaced them, and I followed all washing instructions, except for a few machine dries. I wore them recently, and within days, they ripped again. After submitting a complaint online with photos, the customer service representative suggested the damage might be due to my washing habits or fit. This response was infuriating, and I can no longer support a company that won't acknowledge issues with their materials or design. Very disappointing.
