I've shopped online multiple times, spending over $600, and they found a way to refuse the return of one item. If you're considering purchasing from this store, be cautious about their return policies.

After submitting a complaint online with photos, the customer service representative suggested the damage might be due to my washing habits or fit. This response was infuriating, and I can no longer support a company that won't acknowledge issues with their materials or design. Very disappointing.

This experience has been frustrating, and now I have to pay for another shipping label to return the rest. The fit of the workout set was poor, and the materials felt cheap. I would advise against purchasing from this company unless you live in Australia.
