I paid for shipping to exchange an item, only to find out that they would not honor it. Instead, they refunded my item and insisted I pay for shipping again to get a different size. Had I known I could only return items, I would have returned the entire set. When I questioned this, I was told it was due to their use of a third-party returns website and advised to read their policies. This experience has been frustrating, and now I have to pay for another shipping label to return the rest. The fit of the workout set was poor, and the materials felt cheap. I would advise against purchasing from this company unless you live in Australia.
