A size 39 shoe ordered on 20th November 2025 from the Netherlands and arrived in Ireland in early January 2026.Issues1. Took over 6 weeks for delivery yet they promised a 2 -3 week delivery in time for Christmas.2. Faulty item - shoe size supposed to be a 39 yet it fits like a 38. A tiny sticker says 39 and no imprint of a 39 on the shoe. Poor quality shoe cost approximately E62.95.3.Losh Fashion wont pay for the returns of the faulty shoe.4. According to their website returns policy, they have to provide a form and address. After pointless emails they won't provide the relevant details and paperwork for the faulty shoes returns. Now, I have put in a consumer complaint to the European Consumer Centre in Ireland (ECCI). Do not buy from Losh Fashion for the above reasons. Terrible quality items and dire customer service tactics used to frustrate you so you won't continue with your refund process.Update: on Losh Fashion website, there is a contact address for them in the Netherlands. When they finally emailed the return form on 10th Jan, the return address is for China. Postal return of the faulty item is E23. I will be following up on this as its within my consumer rights for them to pay.
