Total sham! The garments are absolutely horrendous. Not at all what it looks like on their advertisement. When you try and get a refund, they advise you you have to return the shipment to China, when you've received it from Mississauga.

This company gives the perception that it is a legitimate company. This is false.I have requested multiple times for a refund / return form for my purchase and I am getting the run around. I have 14 days to return it and still no form coz you can't return without the form and you cannot get the form off the website. I am however being offered a reduction of 45% on my next purchase. Not good enough. I bought a jumper sized 2XL purposely and received one that is two sizes smaller than advertised. The package says it is a 2XL so the company said that is correct. I couldn't get the jumper over my head and I normally wear XL clothing.I am the fool who was ripped off by them to the tune of $81.00. but I don't want anyone else falling for this trap. Be aware of fraudulent companies like this one.
How I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before making this purchase.I paid £55.00 for two piece outfit. It took 2 weeks to arrive. The outfit was totally unusable as the material is paper thin and totally see-through. I wrote to the company and sent photos, you could clearly see my hand through the material. I asked for a return label and a refund. A girl called Emma was dealing with it.She totally refused to send a return label. The company is based in the Netherlands so I am very reluctant to spend more money on the postage, in case they don't refund the £55.00. I have emailed a couple of times but don't get any reply.
Paid $71 NZD for what looked like a quality blazer. Arrived after three weeks and a cheap knock off. Unlined, different colour and very wrinkled. Lesson learned, I could’ve ordered the same from Shein for $20, at least I would’ve known what I was getting.
The hoodie I received is not the same colour as the hoodie that was advertised online. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and should not have to pay for the return postage when the item delivered is not what was advertised. The customer service is appalling. I will never use Losh again.
Losh fashion is an absolute scam.I ordered a hoodie for 52 euro when it arrived it was the poorest quality item of clothing I had ever seen.I posted it back to them in china as a point to see if they would refund me.After 7 emails I finally was given a return address. Postage cost 23 euro registered.After weeks and and multiple emails later I have heard nothing despite myPackage being confirmed that it has been delivered.Do not buy anything from this website.It is a scam
