Ordered a sweater during the Black Friday sale (November 29), received an email two days ago stating I should have received it and asking for a review. I’ve emailed twice, but both bounced back as the address is invalid. I tried using the messaging function on their site, but based on other reviews, I don't expect any help. I hope my bank will recover the £37 they’ve essentially taken from me.
