Review Time
I placed an order in mid-December, but the T-shirt has not arrived. I can't reach the company as my emails keep bouncing back. I received a message suggesting I check on the delivery, but it's useless since my replies also bounce back. This feels like a scam.
Order not received (placed on 14/12/2025), and now it's 29/12/2025. The email listed on the website is inaccessible. I've tried the contact form several times with no response. There has been no communication from the shipping service. This is unacceptable.
The product appears acceptable (it's a gift, so I haven't seen how it fits yet). The order took three weeks to arrive, which I attribute to the holiday season. However, I agree with other reviews about the lack of customer support; I reached out several times regarding my order and received no replies. I consider myself fortunate it arrived, and I hope it doesn't need to be returned!
Ordered a sweater during the Black Friday sale (November 29), received an email two days ago stating I should have received it and asking for a review. I’ve emailed twice, but both bounced back as the address is invalid. I tried using the messaging function on their site, but based on other reviews, I don't expect any help. I hope my bank will recover the £37 they’ve essentially taken from me.
