This led to significant stress and anxiety throughout the flight. The situation was coercive, negligent, and utterly unprofessional. No passenger should be made to surrender essential belongings. There was a complete lack of empathy from the staff, showing no concern for passenger safety or peace of mind. I will never choose this airline again.
