LOT hat meinen Flugplan so geändert, dass mein Anschlussflug bereits 5 Minuten vor der Landung meines Zubringers abhebt. Das Absurde: Der Support bietet als „Lösung“ eine Umbuchung um +/- 7 Tage an – auf derselben Strecke, die an jedem Wochentag exakt den gleichen Zeitfehler hat. Man bietet mir also aktiv an, meinen Anschluss an einem anderen Tag zu verpassen!
Statt eine Umbuchung auf den Partner Lufthansa vorzunehmen, wird man ignoriert oder in einen Refund gedrängt. Wer eine zuverlässige Allianz-Verbindung erwartet, wird hier bitter enttäuscht. Das Ignorieren von Fluggastrechten (EU 261) scheint hier System zu haben.

They are literally offering me to miss my flight on a different day!
Instead of rebooking me on their partner Lufthansa, they ignore my requests or try to force a refund. This is a blatant disregard for passenger rights (EU 261) and the Star Alliance promise. Unprofessional and systematically flawed. Avoid if you actually want to reach your destination.

Our flight from London to Warsaw was marred by a chaotic and delayed bag drop-off, forcing us to wait an extended period before it opened, ultimately causing a delay in our flight. The airline refuses to refund me the US$106 I incurred for checked baggage on a replacement flight, claiming they cannot locate the necessary flight documents. After the airline canceled my original return flight, the airport staff rebooked me onto another airline and provided only a handwritten note with a booking reference. This new booking did not include the prepaid checked baggage from my original ticket, leading to the charge. The other airline confirms that the original airline has access to all required documents, yet the airline insists the document belongs to the other airline. Neither party is willing to take responsibility, and the airline refuses to refund me.
I booked a flight from Krakow to New Delhi via Warsaw for over 5000zl for two people. Concerned about delays, we decided to take a train to Warsaw instead of the flight. When I contacted customer support to ask if skipping the Krakow to Warsaw leg was possible, they informed me that I would have to cancel my entire reservation and pay 4000zl for two people if I wanted to skip it. This is absurd, considering I had already paid for the Krakow to Warsaw flight and didn't even want a refund; I just wanted to skip it.
The airline canceled one segment of our flight without offering any viable alternatives. The alternatives they provided were scheduled far from the original cancellation date. We ended up canceling the entire flight and booking with a different airline, which cost us significantly more due to the short notice.
