There was no apology, no accountability, and no professionalism—just a total failure as an airline. The service showed no concern for passenger dignity, comfort, or belongings. With delays, damaged luggage, broken seats, and unhelpful staff, it resulted in one of the worst flight experiences I've encountered. I highly recommend anyone thinking of using this airline to opt for a different carrier.
