I feel like I get whiplash each morning, have the drivers forgotten how to brake smoothly?And that new voice, my goodness what were you thinking?! Apart from the publicised issues regarding artistic rights, it is just robotic and horrible. Passengers don't have a choice of we need to travel we need to use your service but you could at least try to make it a nicer experience.
