So imagine a company telling a tech team, ' We want to change our web site from one that works well, and is easy to use, into one that: 1) Is a nightmare to navigate, 2) Everything that works easily, now takes forever to complete IF you can work out the new way, 3) Takes away may different features that players rely on. 4) We will get back to you on further ideas to totally SCREW UP the site.'Well thats EXACTLY what NL have done!And to be clear, thats me venting in a way that Trustpilot with post my review.. if you could hear what I'm actually saying out loud its far far far worse!
