I ordered 20 cups directly from the company (big mistake). They failed to ship on time as their website indicated. It's been two weeks since my purchase and I've received nothing. I've contacted them three times, but all I get is a vague “wait” response. It seems they have a pattern of taking payments without fulfilling orders. I found these on another platform and received them the next day. The reviews there mention their poor quality. I ended up ordering 20 from that site for a Christmas party, but they arrived poorly packaged and are made of cheap plastic. Definitely not worth $20 each. I'm returning all of them as I cannot support such a disappointing company.
