I ordered 20 cups directly from the company (big mistake). They failed to ship on time as their website indicated. It's been two weeks since my purchase and I've received nothing. I've contacted them three times, but all I get is a vague “wait” response. It seems they have a pattern of taking payments without fulfilling orders. I found these on another platform and received them the next day. The reviews there mention their poor quality. I ended up ordering 20 from that site for a Christmas party, but they arrived poorly packaged and are made of cheap plastic. Definitely not worth $20 each. I'm returning all of them as I cannot support such a disappointing company.
We got these loud cups for the moms on our son’s hockey team, and they are fantastic. They now hold hot beverages, perfect for our tea and coffee. The cup size is excellent. The cup is made of cheap plastic. One of them didn’t work, and the company won’t accept a return unless I provide a video of myself blowing into the cup. If I bought clothing that didn’t fit, I wouldn’t have to send a video of myself trying it on. Blowing into a cup feels quite 'personal.' They're refusing the return.
