The cup is made of cheap plastic. One of them didn’t work, and the company won’t accept a return unless I provide a video of myself blowing into the cup. If I bought clothing that didn’t fit, I wouldn’t have to send a video of myself trying it on. Blowing into a cup feels quite 'personal.' They're refusing the return.
