I placed my order on August 30, 2025, but it wasn’t shipped until September 12, 2025. The website claimed 2-day shipping without indicating the cups were backordered. My package arrived on September 16, 2025, missing one of the three cups I ordered. When I contacted the company, I was told that cup was also backordered and wouldn’t be restocked until the end of September, and I was asked if I still wanted it. The website is misleading regarding product availability and shipping times. On a positive note, my athlete enjoys hearing me in the stands, which brings a smile to his face. However, this has been a frustrating experience overall.
