I appreciate these unique handcrafted wool sweaters; each one is distinct, with no two exactly alike. However, on this occasion, one sweater began to unravel after just two weeks. It started at the end of a sleeve, and despite my friend's attempts to fix it, the unraveling progressed to the hem. Although I thought about making a claim, the process seemed too complicated. Fortunately, my friend was able to help me. Now, I'm unsure if I'll make another purchase.
