I really appreciate these handcrafted wool sweaters; each piece is distinct, with no two being identical. However, in this instance, one sweater began to unravel after only two weeks. It started at the sleeve's end, and despite my friend's attempts to fix it, the unraveling progressed to the hem. I thought about filing a claim, but the process appeared too complicated. Fortunately, my friend helped me out. Now, I'm left wondering if I should buy again.

Package never arrived. I spent a significant amount on clothing and additional customs fees. Their delivery and tracking system is completely unreliable, and the service is disappointing. Instead of ensuring their packages are delivered, they inundate you with constant emails asking for product reviews. How can I review a product I haven't received? I'm frustrated with this service and the overall experience.
Thrilled to find an online source for clothing from Nepal! I ordered a wool/fleece lined jacket, and it arrived in just three days! (Speed isn't crucial but impressive, and I appreciate delivery by the postal service). The garment's quality is exceptional, warmth unmatched, and the price incredibly low (I’d have paid more!). Buying wool to knit such an item would cost four times as much! Five stars across the board.

Giving something back to the elephants who have lent us their name is important to us so we donate a portion of every sale to support elephant conservation projects run by three wonderful charities - Elephant Family who work mostly with elephants in India and South East Asia, The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation working with elephants in Uganda and Zambia, and the Save Elephant Foundation based at the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand.See more
