Very disappointing experience – stay away if you can. I was hit with an unexpected extra charge of £58 just for delivery to my home, with no warning before I made the purchase. Additionally, accessing the tracking number costs £1 each time, which feels intentionally misleading and unacceptable. By the time all these hidden fees are added, the overall cost is higher than buying a similar item locally, making this purchase pointless. Customer support has been slow and unhelpful, sending generic replies with no real solutions. It's almost 2026, and I still haven't received my order. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience. I do not recommend this service to anyone and will never order from them again.
