Terrible experience – stay away. I was hit with an unexpected charge of £58 just for delivery to my home, with no prior warning. Additionally, accessing the tracking number incurs a fee of £1 each time, which feels intentionally misleading. When all these hidden fees are considered, the total cost exceeds that of purchasing a similar product locally, making this transaction pointless. Customer support has been slow and unhelpful, providing generic responses without any real solutions. It's nearly 2026, and I still haven't received my order. This has been a frustrating and stressful ordeal. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

They advertised a visor for a specific model, but it did not fit. They only offered a partial refund and wanted the item returned without covering the shipping costs, leaving me at a loss. This was entirely their error due to incorrect advertising on their site and invoice.
Purchased a helmet, but it was delivered carelessly in heavy rain, with the package left in a terrible state. When I contacted customer service, they told me to wait, claiming it wasn't their fault. I paid for the product and delivery, so it is entirely their responsibility. I will never do business with them again, so think twice before ordering anything!
The delivery and product were excellent, but I received way too much junk mail along with my order. I've gotten at least three more booklets since then, plus numerous emails. Not many companies still send physical mail, especially with the internet around!
